Help Glencoe Capital contact landowners, gather property info, and submit potential deals. This is a remote, entry-level role with clear instructions, no experience required.
Your role:
You’ll be calling landowners from a list we provide and asking if they’re open to selling. You’ll log each outcome in a simple spreadsheet and submit your completed work.

The phone numbers (via our software)
A clear script and training video
Simple instructions to follow
What you’ll need:
Quiet place to make calls
Smartphone and/or computer
Basic ability to follow directions and track your progress
How you get paid:
We pay per completed and verified batch of calls.
$40 for every 100 leads that are properly called, texted, and logged.
$10 bonus for every “Yes” — when a property owner says they’re open to selling.
$1,500 bonus if one of your leads turns into a closed deal.
We verify your work by auditing a few random calls from your sheet. As long as your log is clean and the work is real, you get paid.
This is not hourly. You can work on your own time as long as you follow the instructions and hit your batch deadlines.

A: No, this is part-time and project-based. Most scouts work 5–15 hours a week.
